Essentially, the Club’s directors, trainers, coaches and administration would like to bi-monthly meet with selected players from each team (revolving), from each age and gender, to highlight the mission and goals of our program. The underlining theme is for the players to take ownership, identify with key people on other teams, and began a leadership/followership role in the building and spreading of our mission within their individual teams. Athletes will now be directly involved and empowered in the advancement and identification of key areas set forth by United FC.
